Program terms

Effective: 1 March 2026 · Controller: nodexsharpbrain.digital (Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do)

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern access to websites, waitlists, inquiry forms, and paid training operated under the nodexsharpbrain.digital brand. Corporate procurement addenda must be signed separately and prevail only where explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate contact details. Shared inbox addresses are discouraged because they break attendance and consent records. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials to any participant portal we issue.

3. Data controller and processors

nodexsharpbrain.digital acts as controller for marketing, enrollment, and billing data. Hosting, email delivery, and videoconference vendors act as processors under written agreements specifying purpose limitation and deletion timelines.

4. Categories of data collected

We collect identity and contact data, employer information when supplied, billing identifiers, attendance metadata, technical logs (IP, device class), and content you submit in forms or live sessions when recorded with consent.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to perform contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable), comply with law (Art. 6(1)(c)), and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and product improvement, balanced against your rights (Art. 6(1)(f)). Marketing emails require opt-in where required.

6. Retention

Inquiry records are kept twenty-four months unless a sale occurs—then financial records follow statutory retention. Session recordings expire one hundred twenty days after cohort completion unless extended by written agreement.

7. International transfers

Processors may store data in the EU, US, or APAC regions. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms where cross-border transfer is not covered by adequacy decisions.

8. Security measures

Access is role-based, TLS enforced in transit, and administrative actions logged. No control system is perfect; we commit to notifying you and regulators where law requires when a breach affects personal data.

9. Children’s privacy

Services are directed to adults in professional roles. If you believe a minor enrolled, contact us so we can delete associated records unless law requires retention.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms with a posted effective date. Material changes to data use will be communicated where law requires. Contact: use the inquiry form or postal mail to the address listed in the site footer.
