We hire facilitators who have shipped messy launches—not career coaches. Expect async documentation and live critique in equal measure.
Skills audit (self-check)
Before applying, map your last six months: how many positioning docs you owned, how many experiments you narrated, and how often research cited your briefs. We read applications that include artifact descriptions, not keyword stacks.
- Comfortable receiving blunt critique in front of participants
- Written English at professional fluency; Korean a plus for bilingual cohorts
- Experience with consent-aware lifecycle or regulated categories
Live sessions rhythm
Facilitators run synchronized blocks (KST evenings) plus optional weekend intensives. You will co-own the recording consent checklist and breakout room hygiene.
Capstone projects (faculty)
Each quarter we prototype one new capstone: cross-functional retro kit, bilingual glossary generator, or pricing footnote scanner. Faculty contribute specs; operations ships the printable assets.
