Refunds & withdrawals

Applies to consumer and small-business purchases unless a signed enterprise rider states otherwise.

1. Eligibility

You may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days of purchase without stating a reason, provided live digital content has not been accessed beyond the welcome module where Korean law permits withdrawal.

2. Timeframe

Withdrawal requests received before day fourteen are honored for eligible amounts. After services have been substantially performed with your prior consent, withdrawal may be limited as described in sections 3–4.

3. Full refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort, duplicate a charge in error, or fail to provide access within five business days of the published start after payment.

4. Partial refunds

If you attended more than one live session or downloaded paid-only templates, we may retain a proportional fee covering delivered value, calculated from the published per-session value table emailed at enrollment.

5. Non-refundable items

Third-party license keys, shipping of printed materials once dispatched, and bespoke research blocks scoped outside standard cohorts are non-refundable after delivery begins.

6. Process steps

Email the billing address on your receipt with subject “Withdrawal request”, include cohort name and payment reference. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

7. Method, timing, and contact

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days where banking rails allow. Chargebacks filed before contacting us may slow resolution. Questions: inquiry form or phone listed in the site header.
